Will this fit 05 TL 5at?

 

The rear set will, but not the front. Fronts will only fit TLs with brembo calipers.

 

What is is? Is it the pads that will not fit?

 

Just to clarify on behalf of the OP, the front pads will only fit:

04-06 TL 6 speeds (will not fit automatic).
07-08 Type S

b/c they come with brembo calipers The automatics do not.

 

I would buy them for 300 if you're dying to get rid of them

 

Bahh, wish these were two-piece rotors, would love to color-match the inner piece to my brembo caliper color.
