Why did you remove these to install the aspec lip? I have the aspec lip kit too and I didnt remove these grills

I think its only required for Type-S Aspec lip. The grills were part of the lip. Base lips go below and around the grill.

When I bought the A-Spec kit, it came with different set for the lower grills and those were installed on the car and I have these left over.

hmm good info...i did not remove the grille piece when i installed my aspec lip...lol i'll remove it next time then
