With Ron A's Permission, I have created a new thread to clarify what this works with.

I have the Center Bar and lower "V" for the 04-06 Acura TL. I had a buddy of mine wrap it in scotch print 3D Carbon fiber vinyl only to find out the replacement I got from the junkyard does not fit my Type S. Oh well, I screwed up, and now I have no use for this. There are a couple wrinkles on the very bottom of the center bar, but it is nothing you will see once youmount it on the car. Also, behind the "A" the CF has nothingsupporting it, I was going to leave it until I caught a rock and then trim itout since it looks cool, I’ve left it alone for now, buyer can do what theychoose with it. Full Disclosure. Hoping someone can enjoy it. Looking for $100 Shipped for both parts.

If you pay my full asking price, I will wrap your upper grill portion for free. All you have to do is send it to me, I'll wrap it, and sent out all three pieces at the same time. I am not looking to split up either piece unless I have someone that is interested for them individually.

Again, THIS IS FOR 04-06 ACURA TL, 07-08 base and type s have a different part number and will not fit!





These are the wrinkles, they are NOT noticeable when its on the car since its on the bottom where no one will ever be looking.

Just out of curiosity, was this difficult to do? I have a brand new '08 Type-S front grille assembly (all pieces) that I purchased from DCH Automotive. They're still sealed up, haven't done anything with them. I was going to paint it, but was quoted nearly $300 without 3M wrap (additional $90), much more expensive than I thought.

Point being, once I get the new assembly wrapped, I'll have my stock assembly available for sale or trade. Do you still need one by chance? We could figure something out if so. If you're willing to wrap my new assembly I would just give you my stock one and pay for shipping . . . let me know.

Wrapping that center bar with the "A" emblem is a major pain in the ass and very difficult. If you were to ask ME, I would rate it a 8 or 9 on a scale 1-10 with 10 being the hardest.

That's just me though.

If you want to ship it out to get vinyled, you can PM "AckTL05". He will wrap it for you. His price is $45 for labor. All you do is pay shipping and provide the vinyl. If you don't have the vinyl he will charge $45 for labor and I believe an additional $30 for using his vinyl so $75 total.

If you want to use carbon fiber vinyl it may cost over $30.

Yeah, I figured it would be difficult with so many curves and what not, thanks for the advice. I'll get in touch with Bruce, he did my headlights for me a month back. Thanks for the reply though.

That is just for the center bar too. This way, you are not only getting the center bar already wrapped and the lower "v" already wrapped, but i will wrap the top portion to match for free. All of that for $100 bucks shipped sounds like a pretty good deal to me

By no means am I trying to steer people away from your sale, but actually AckTL05 does all 3 (top, middle, and bottom) trim pieces for $45, not just the middle bar.

However it does take awhile to get your stuff back (few days to ship to him, few days for him to ship back after it's completed)

Buying this already wrapped would be more convenient and no down time because the buyer gets to rock his factory grill until this CF one arrives!

To buy a new one from acura oem parts youre looking at 54.02 for the middle bar including the "A" emblem, and 41.95 for the lower "V". Thats 95.97 for just the plain oem bar WITHOUT shipping. You are getting a custom cf wrapped grille here for $4 more shipped!! Well worth the money!
