the fuel tank flap freezes .. you come to the gas station, pull the gas tank rychuk opening lever and it does not rise and the flaps are closed ..
I assume that something is freezing .. just what ??? it is not clear ..
there is no water inside, after 20-30 seconds. opens

 

This question is more likely for those who live in the northern part of the country .. who may have come across

 

can you explain better. It must be really cold where you are in Canada. Idk condensation in there freezing it shut on you if I had to guess
