Softbox and octabox suggestions?

Hey guys just wondering if you guys have any suggestions on softboxes or octaboxes.

I tried doing some research but i think im running into a problem making sure it has a speed ring and flash adapter.

Wonder if you guys have any suggestions.

Did you search through here:

There is a lot of good info there, but it isn't always easy to sort through it.

FWIW, I am starting out (based on some very helpful input from Dan Martin) with umbrellas to use with my Speetlites. Less complicated and less expensive to start out with.

IIRC there's really only two options out there for this sort of thing: the EZbox Hotshoe products from Lastolite and the Apollo series from FJ Westcott.

This company has softboxe and octoboxes with speedrings, but your may find most speedrings are made for their specific flashes.

Here's an adaptor that should work with most boxes.
