Too lazy to make an actual album but figure i'd share it with everyone

I was waiting at 29th street and 12th ave from 530- 930 start. It wasn't too bad had a nice place and blanket to sit on. Bought some drinks and chips just to relax and eat bit by bit a friend joined up with my gf and i so we just waited till the sunset.

I think The facebook link will give everyone a good show =) just wanted to share Happy 4th of July !!!!

some nice shots in there.

I ended up shooting 600 pics in about 15 minutes....trying to go through them is hell. Testing out going through all of them on my new laptop is HELL.

I'm selectively picking out a few at a time.

Yea i know what you mean I shot a little over 300, and picked them out, i got some good timing on others.

They blocked off the water view so we were in the street and behind trees and lamp poles.

They didn't want people pushing people over the water haha...

I bought the fastest laptop drive I could find, moved the data over, and I swear it feels like I got a whole new laptop.

Yea i read some tweaks on lightroom about moving your directory or library over to a esata drive and it does the processing pretty quick.

Oh I love my new laptop. I went from a 6 year old 15" G4 powerbook to a new 13" MBP.

But going through 600 shots of really long lens work and critical focus...That is not super fun on this screen. I can do it, though. But I wanted to test that aspect. My 24" iMac is still my primary photo machine. This lappy is just for some traveling Im about to do.

ahh sounds like fun I do prefer working on my own desktop, but traveling you need to be mobile.

How do I see all the photos if I don't have FB? All I can see is the shot of the people sitting down.
