Car rig shots

So I've been working on making this rig more stable and practicing my photoshop and cloning. Thanks for the help and pointers everyone. here are my results so far.

10 foot emt pole divided into thirds and coupling at 2 ends
tokina 11-16 2.8
d300 no grip since its a bit heavy
3 manfrotto super clamps
2 f1000 avenger suction cups
1 manfrotto magic arm

how the rig looks like

took some peoples advice and mounted it on the windshield and tried for lower angles.

---------
edit update

A little less than one full second for the shots before.

The shots here are done with a circular polarize stacked on a Hoya nd .6 filter nx4
Taken at 1 second - 1.5 second.

loaner tsx

loaner car woot haha

quite fun but didn't come out as nice
I also had some issues mounting it on the new gen tsx since the hoods longer from the roof and the car is wider I couldn't fit the car in as well.

Nice shots. The ones which capture the tree tops from the lower angle are my favorites. The blurred trees give a bit more interest and show motion more than just the pavement.

Haha yea but its quite a pain in the butt to photoshop =P

I'm trying some locations but I found out they turn into a problem with cops giving me trouble about me driving it around at 2-3 mph lol... they given me a few warnings no tickets yet.

Some of the cops were like cool can I watch haha

Bring a printout of a particularly good looking shot to show them, and then offer them to have their own done! I bet they will go for it, and no more trouble!

I do a very quick job at it if theres not a diffcult background i'm still trying learn a few different methods of chopping it.

If i set it up right then usually it helps with half the process of chopping it out.

Here is a new one
still working on the photoshop technique.
Got some new angles to try with my monopod up high and extended from the car rig. Didn't think of it till after today but it gives me some good ideas.

Today i was able to use 2 seconds behind a building.

I remember reading in Sport Compact Car years ago, for those rolling car rig shots (mostly at night) they would put the camera on a long exposure and then push the car. They'd get the same effect except it would be less likely to get vibration, maybe you could give that a try too.

Yea i haven't been able to do it at night yet cuz I need a 2nd person to help me run the rig.

some of the trials are by myself so too many factors can add up to a blurry picture.
