i mentioned to my wife that i would like a camera that is better than a point and shoot that we have. she looked around for about an hour and came up with this.

i think that it's beyond help. ok, is the camera a decent camera or would it be worth it to spend a little more on something else like a t4i?

 

The 4ti, is the top of line consumer dSLR from Canon. The only difference between the two will be the bells and whistles, mostly.

 

It's a decent camera. The T4i (in my opinion) is a superior camera than the T3. The T3 lacks a self cleaning sensor, which I would avoid.

i think i'm going to hold off until after christmas. i think that is why she is trying the qvc thing so that there isn't a big hit on a credit card right now.
