If you read between the lines of that Hondata seminar resume thread, Hondata isn't anywhere near from coming up with a K-Pro for the TSX. Actually, they don't even hint there will be one.

People should ask the question, how over engineered are the OEM parts to begin with? If you were designing a car from scratch why would you design a car that can accept 50-75% more power than it comes with from the factory? If I were an engineer and I knew my bonus was dependant on how much my design came in under budget, I would save everywhere I could. I wouldn't even think twice about adding redundancy for owners that want to bolt on a 12psi turbo and push 400hp to the wheels. If it gets from point a to point b with the OEM engine that's all I'd be concerned about.
I'm sure in the next couple years, high output kits will be available along with clutches and other driveline components for the all-out tuners. This kit looks like a great blend of performance and civility without having to worry about blowing something up.

but that is true, in commercial, every penny saved is value added, esp in mass produced products such as cars.
