Looks like MMC discovered Six Sigma. Should be interesting to see where this takes them.

Page 22 is clearly stated that there is no way they are abandoning the NA market. So dont worry about losing the Evo here folks. If anything they are paying more attention to it.

Hey now! Lean Six Sigma is where it's at!

I actually was a Black Belt for 2 years.. Finally moved on though

BTW, there are no Six Sigma principles displayed at all in this pitch.

My former employer (JPMC) was big on SS. (I understand they have since dropped the program. , dont care)

MMC's methodology is not SS and their goal is NOT a clear attempt at zero defects. However, I suspect that SS could be an internal motivator for their revitalization efforts.
