Page 22 is clearly stated that there is no way they are abandoning the NA market. So dont worry about losing the Evo here folks. If anything they are paying more attention to it.

My former employer (JPMC) was big on SS. (I understand they have since dropped the program.

MMC's methodology is not SS and their goal is NOT a clear attempt at zero defects. However, I suspect that SS could be an internal motivator for their revitalization efforts.
