Hyundai's lux suv looks much better than the Infiniti FX

Drifting
im not saying that the hyundai looks worse than the FX.. but pointing out that it looks similar.
although i do like the way the hyundai looks. alot cleaner and simple than the too aggressive looking FX. (the aggressiveness that doesnt really fit the luxury suv name).

Do you have any info about this vehicle? I wonder if it's this rumored unnamed vehicle:

Hyundai's entire premise is ripping off successful desgins. Look at the Sonata, or the Sante-Fe. This is just a compete rip of the Infiniti FX which is due for a redesign anyway (being a 4 year old model now). Given Infiniti's past designs I'm going to take a leap and say the new FX will look a hell of a lot better than this Hyundai.

it's a safe tactic...making safe designs and slowly gain a reputation other than cheap, affordable cars. hopefully, they'll be able to grow off a new reputation and make original designs and not play the conservative card.

Ya, I don't have a problem with them ripping off designs, I didn't mean to infer that I did. I like the direction Hyundai is going. I just think this one might be a mistake.

WWHOOOAAAA, I SEE IT NOW. Damn, it's just like the FX. What do you guys mean, "I see a slight resemblence?" It's damn near a carbon copy. The Sonata took the rear of the Accord, and actually improved on it. This is stealing the whole design, tweeking it, and coming out with this. It's a good looking SUV; just like the FX is a good looking SUV. I don't like the side glass though. The last pane behind the second set of doors butting against the C-pillar looks like a bloby afterthought. If Hyundai had a the balls to introduce this carbon copy, it'd sell well. The poor man's FX would be a hit.

Looks like a re-worked Santa Ge, and it might even be photoshopped.
This is the current Terracan, a real SUV with real off roading abilities, so I doubt its replacement would turn into a cross-over (which is what the Santa Fe is in the lineup).

sonata is doing very well, and no one is complaining. they tweaked and made it look better than accord.
