Poopdick Hits the Used Car Lot
Yep...already. Although, the seller will make a nice profit.

Despite Ferrari’s best attempts to screen buyers of its LaFerrari, with chairman Luca di Montezemolo himself determining the final cut, an example has already hit the used car market, mere weeks after deliveries commenced. It’s listed on the website of Munich dealer SEMCO and is priced at 2.38 million euros ($3.24 million) with taxes.
The LaFerrari’s official pricetag is 1.3 million euros ($1.77 million), according to World Car Fans, making the premium on this particular example, which has 200 kilometers (124 miles) on the clock, one of the highest we’ve ever seen. SEMCO will likely get its price too, considering only 499 examples of the LaFerrari will be built and values for past special series Ferrari models have tended to rise over time.
But the LaFerrari isn’t just rare; it’s also one of the fastest cars ever built, based on Ferrari’s claimed figures. In case you've forgotten, Ferrari said the LaFerrari will reach 60 mph in under 3.0 seconds, pass 186 mph in just 15 seconds and go on to reach a final top speed in excess of 217 mph. Ferrari also boasted a lap time of its Fiorano test track of less than 1:20, which would make the LaFerrari 5.0 seconds quicker than the Enzo and 3.0 seconds quicker than the F12 Berlinetta.
Helping motivate the LaFerrari is a hybrid drivetrain pairing a 6.3-liter V-12 with Ferrari’s F1-inspired HY-KERS hybrid setup. Two electric motors are featured, one mounted to the gearbox and aiding the engine by sending drive to the rear wheels and the other used to take some of the load off the engine by powering auxiliary devices. Peak output of the system is 950 horsepower and torque somewhere above 660 pound-feet.

MoneyMan bought number 499. He's going to the factory to observe final assembly in June. He'll be flying a select few out in his GV to observe as well.

Ferrari hints at special LaFerrari-based model
From here: http://www.worldcarfans.com/11403137...ri-based-model
A Ferrari representative has announced a LaFerrari-based model is currently in the works.
At the 2013 Geneva Motor Show we saw the flagship LaFerrari and at this year's Swiss auto show the company's chairman Luca di Montezemolo has disclosed plans of a special model based on the LaFerrari as a response to those "many customers" who "were disappointed not to be able to own a LaFerrari." He didn't go into any details but he added "we expect to have something special to offer them soon."
Chances are it will be a more affordable, down-to-earth variant probably with a greater availability than the LaFerrari which was limited to 499 units, each carrying a starting price of 1.4M USD – making it the most expensive new Ferrari ever.

AutoDesign Award
Press release from Ferrari...
The Czech design magazine, AutoDesign & Styling, has elected "LaFerrari" as the best design in the “Sports Cars and Convertibles” category, as well as the overall winner of the “AutoDesign Awards 2014 – Design of the Year” for production cars.
The award was handed over at the Geneva Motor Show to Flavio Manzoni, Senior Vice President Design, Ferrari S.p.A. who commented, “This award is an important recognition of the work of the whole design team at Ferrari. We are very pleased to see that "LaFerrari" has been judged not just from an aesthetic point of view, but from a wider standpoint that takes into consideration aspects such as the quality and sophistication of the design, its functionality and innovation.”
The AutoDesign award for the "LaFerrari" follows last year’s award for the F12berlinetta in the sports car category, and the for FF in the overall production cars category in 2012.
