Can't wait for this Caddy to come out, I test drove the current CTS the other day back to back with the TL and found it lacking in so many ways. The STS on the other hand, is very nice inside and out, too bad its way out of my price range.

Caddy needs to work on interior quality, materials, and overall refinement. Then they will truely be able to compete as equals with the Germans. Even in the V series, the steering is a bit overboosted and doesn't convey enough of what the car is doing. The shifter in the CTSV is notchy and the brakes a bit touchy. Cadillac should reverse engineer an M5 and see how they tune their suspension and brakes IMHO.

I don't think the 255hp CTS is a bad value necessarily ... The TL is a really good value in the segment but it's hard to compare them all just on price.
The ES350 and the G35 are comparable but I wonder how many people cross shop them?

man that center stack looks exactly like the new g35's. which is good because i think it looks great. and i like that steering wheel too. most domestic cars have the ugliest steering wheels
