Also the taillights on the RDX appear to wrap around the side moreso than on the MDX.

Colin pointed out the black tape on the rear windows to disguise the thick C pillars, so if you can imagine it not there, you would see the trapezoidal rear window seen on the MDX concept drawing. It's just too big to be the RDX. IMO the two spy pics (this black/blue one and the other white one) are both of the MDX.

compare the top and bottom of the C pillar on the white and black cars, the top is fatter than the bottom in the white one while the bottom is fatter than the top in the black one...

am i the only person here that is not impressed at all with these pictures? not the poor quality despite being amateur spy pics, but due to the very bland design.
these are just spy pics though, I'll wait until I see the cars in person.

That production line must be getting close to starting if this will hit delaers in the summer. It also means that the next CR-V is not that far away either - they're both supposed to come off the same assembly line.

Hehe, beat me to it. Looks a lot better without the cladding, but the wheels look a few inches too small.

Acura just can't make good looking front end designs. the front fascia is just too busy looking when compared to the rest of the exterior and from the side the proportions arent right with the frontal half looking too bulky looking. acura has GOT to get rid of the 5 point grill design. if they're gonna keep that corporate grille, they really should look at how Mazda does it cause those guys know how to design cars.
But if there's one thing Acura knows best, it's designing a nice interior.

and for the record, the tsx is one of the better designs of recent, imo. i picked it over the TL. they should bring back the styling themes of the last Legend cause those were the good ol' days.

The black is its best color, the red looks pretty good too. I give the interior a 8.5/10. A little too much of the faux aluminum for my tastes; could've gone with more subtle accents on the steering wheel. The beige interior looks pretty upscale, though. Love the aluminum ringed gauges, hate the pods housing them. Huge blind spot, it's a good thing a backup camera is available.
I like the exterior, I give it 9/10. The front is too busy, but the rest is nice, I even like the grille. Disappointed in no LED taillights (not even the 3rd brake light); I just think it would've been cooler with them. I like the detailing in the HID lense housing (it looks like it has the ability to swivel...not sure though, maybe it's just poorly assembled).

I love the interior but the steering wheel looks too much like the civic's. I don't like the headlights.
Overall I like it, especially the interior. I'll take one in black and put some 20's on it. What size are the ones on it now???
What's that badge on the bottom right of the liftgate? SH-AWD???
Oh, and I wish it would come with a power passanger seat.

That badge underneath SH-AWD spells out "turbo"
