will this AUX adapter work for the TSX?

it says : NOT compatible with vehicles that have the factory in-dash 6-disc CD changer
i didn't try it myself, but this one says : The HON03/PC-SON works with non-navigation equipped 2003-2005 Honda Accord, Element, S2000, and 2005 CR-V and Odyssey, and in the 2004-2005 Acura TSX and the TL, with or without the 6 disc in-dash CD changer and will also work with the factory MP3 player.
