where the hell can I get a Metra kit???
Where can I get the dash kit for my cl-s? I heard tweeter sells them, but they don't have tweeter out here. Not one single website that sells Metra kits or Bestkits has one for a 2001 Acura CL. I know its part number 99-7868 but NO ONE has it. Metra's own website doesn't even have this kit listed.
Where can I get a kit?????

Look at the post at the bottom. Let me know if you have any questions. I went through a lot of crap.

Glad I'm not the only one having a hard time. Every stereo shop tells me something different, not one of them knew anything about a Metra kit.
Thanks phipark.

I've had the same problem. I took a chance to order off this website for the kit. Will let you know if I get it. According to UPS its scheduled to be delivered today.

I know this is anal, but has anyone tried to paint/match the color of the kit with the existing plastic? The kit comes in black, and the trim above and below is a dark gray/charcoal color. I'm still sitting on my kit trying to decide what to put in it... but in the mean time I figured I would work on aethestics.

I am 95% happy with my kit. It fits well except for a tiny bit on the top so the line between the kit and the existing plastic is not completely straight. Might have just been from the install though. Color is off a tiny bit, barely noticeable though. Looks much better than the custom kit I had in before though. I'll snap some pics and hopefully have them up this afternoon.
