Whats a good sub??

Can someone please tell me whats a good sub i can get from Circuit City www.circuitcity.com for about 80-100$ a piece, i want to get two of them. I also need to get an amp, but no more than 200$ for the amp. I want to get them from Circuit City, cause i work there and i get a pretty good discount on speakers and installation.

I have a 99 3.0 cl

Thanks

My discount depends on the product, cause i get retail price plus shipping costs to the company. Just go by the prices at the website and not after discount prices.

thanks

a discount on junk doesn't help the fact that it is still junk...

however i guess you could go with the audiobahn "900" ($149) watt subs or the "1800" ($269) watt subs....

but unless you are getting better than a 30% discount I would just buy stuff from ikesound.com or the like... or ebay for that matter, but some nicer alpines than they carry or jl's preferrably

i have bought two jl's off of ebay and they both work perfectly

i paid $125 and $140 shipped each for my 10w3v2's in my cl and my s... just my .02

the mtx 12 " 6000 and 8000 series sound very good for the money, the 8000 being the better of the 2

I just got an audiobahn Alum10 which is RMS 800 10" for dirt cheap, and it sounds like I have two 12's. I have 560W going to it with a custom box and I was blown away by the sound quality and how hard it hits. check it out. Better then two subs from circuit city by far. instead of wasting it on two shitty subs, by one good sub that hits hard and sounds better....just a thought
