Visor Bulbs
I just installed PIAA interior bulbs in my TSX...They look awesome
Now the thing that's bugging me is that the lights of the visors don't match the color of the dome lights...does anyone know if there are upgraded replacements for these bulbs? I want all the interior bulbs and lights in my car to be the same color and whiteness...Any comments or suggestions are greatly appreciated...

I have looked everywhere. I just couldn't find a festoon bulb slim enough to fit in there. It you do persue it and find one let us know. I know a couple of members have been looking to do the same thing.

i almost just got into a fight with some biatch at autozone over the visor light. i walked in and showed the bulb to her, and i asked if they had any. she looked at me funny and said, "sweetheart, this is a fuse." i was like, "no it's not, i just got it out of the visor in my car." she continued to look at me funny and said again that it was a fuse. i just smiled and asked if she could walk out to the car and take a look. i sat down in the car and popped the bulb in. aaaaaaah, sweet justice. she didn't say anything for a while, and i just smiled and said, "it does look like a fuse" in a condescending, pretending to try and make her feel better voice. it was funny.
anyway, so the guy inside who had also insisted that it was a fuse told me that he's never seen anything like it and that i'd prolly have to go oem to replace it. the acura part number for this particular bulb is 83223-S7A-J51, but unlike every other bulb in the car, there is no wattage listed in the parts catalog.

You guys, I do have a suggection for you. There are high temp bulb markers you can use. It works wondes for me. I had it done in my my civic and prelude before. I have change every light bulb in all the cars I owned. Insignificant mod but its something I know how to do. I'm not sure what you are trying to do but I think you wanted to match the color. If you are, use the markers but if you're trying to match hyper whites good luck.
that fuse bulb might be possible to get, if there is a japanese store near you to get you the aftermarkets. Fortunately, there are some near me, so I can order JDM parts directly hehehehehe. There are aftermarket fuse looking bulb out there, so don't give up at this point. I don't have my car yet but when I do get it anytime this summer, I'll let u guys know DIY. Let me know you guys, if you are still after this info. I won't come back to post, if and only if you guys still need help.
