Has anyone tapped into the analog output of the VSS (feeds into the PCM)? I have a '98 2.3L and I am installing an Alpine Navigation system that can use either analog or digital - if I can figure out the wiring. I would like to avoid having to add a pulse generator for the speed determination - using the vehicle speed sensor would be much simpler.
