URGENT : help needed for power wiring for Sirius receiver

I need a power and ground for the Receiver that goes in the trunk, where have you guys got this from for other receivers ??
Do you splice existing cables or where in the trunk can I get these. Or do I have to run them from the battery ?

This is what I would do.
Use a relay with trigger input using remote wire at the Bose amp and power supply wire using the constant power at the Bose amp. This should take care of your power. You can ground the ground wire to the car chasis or using the ground wire at Bose amp. For wire coloring, see my sound template.
