Alright, I have just spent an hour researchng this forum concerning this topic but just want to confirm:

If you replace your stock speakers you have to also install a new amp, right (ohm issue)? I listen to rock so I don't need the bass, but the stock setup isn't loud enough. Oh yeah, if I install a new amp do I have to buy a new amp kit (could I use the stock amp wires, power source)?
