Is tweeter a good place to get audio stuff installed? I actually work at CC but ive heard so many bad stories thats id reather take the plunge and just pay more outta my pocket than for CC to mess up my new 06. ALl i want is my two jl audio subs with an alpine amp wired to my 06 tsx with navi. Does anyone have any idea how much it would cost as well?

tweeter is an expensive place to get a system installed, and the quality of work is hit or miss.

I suggest only going somewhere that has a great rep for good work and/or if you know the installer personally.

I had tweeter do 2 installs on my previous ride, the first install was of my head unit, amp and rear speakers. The installer did a perfect job.

The second install was of my front, another amp and dynamat for the doors. The installer was an idiot, I didn't even realize just how bad of a job it was until I took it out. How many people here would mount an amp in the trunck behind the read seats? Quite a few I bet. How many would only secure it using a single block of wood on a top corner and that is only fastened to the sound damping mat between the trunk and rear seat? I couldn't believe what this guy did. I won't even get into what he did to my front speakers, lets just say that securing a crossover just to dynamat isn't a good idea.

I'm actually going to tweeter to get my system installed... the main reason i'm going is for the warranty and both installer and seller seemed very well knowledgeble...I've been out of the stereo scene for a few years and i am iching to get back in it. I'm going to give Tweeter a shot since I have a good feeling about this specific tweeter. I'll keep yall posted once I either get it done or chose to go another route.
