I don't understand...i thought he made a tv dash kit? All i see is a headunit with the monitor most likely....i think people were thinking it was the same kind Ron makes...to convert the navi. Otherwise I to have seen better kits, but it looks good!

i think what he meant was that he was selling the dash-kit for din-size radios since none are available for our cars.

str8acura thanks alot. yes this is a din sized unit for indash radios and motorized tv. Motorized tv dins are the same size as radio dins same thing. we will begin to sell these as soon as we get 10 orders for only $100 bucks that is nothing. the unit in the dash is a CVA 1003

isn't there a rule/regulation against newbies posting a groupbuy? Nothing against chowan24(im sure your legit) but just looking out for my fellow members and also being fair to other vendors that were not allowed to post groupbuys or sell their product.

btw, i think $100 is pretty damn steep for a kit. You can just go to a install shop and get a custom installation for around that price....

My buddy said he would charge someone $300 for this kit. Reason being is the time it took. Streeteffectz is going to make the kit the same way we did and have it painted then he'll take it to someone that will make a template and then mass produce them. If u knew what u had to do to make the kit no one would go threw with all the trouble. You wouldn't believe what u have to do to get the same bolting pattern. I think $100 bucks is fair for all the crap u have to do just to get the exact bolting bracket. When it is done and manufactured will it look like this no.... I was in a rush to get it put in and we chipped and dented it in the process. As for the group buy i understand were your coming from buddy. That is why all purchases will be threw ebay for a buy it now price of $100 including shipping and a warranty. This way the transaction is a binding contract and no one gets screwed in the process.

hey chowan24 i know that the kit is not that easy to make... uless you have the proper tools.... anyone that works in the plastic industry could make this kit with no problem... thats all you need is someone that is nice with a CAD program and has the equipment to mold the plastic based on the CAD design output... trust me i have checked into it... but for one kit i would hardley be worth my time... oh and if you took this route you would not have to paint it they could just dye the plastic and it would come out that color.... then you dont have to worry about chips and scratches.... just my 2 cents... oh by the way the price the plastic shop wanted to do all of this was right around $280... but i do not think it is worth that.... plus i plan on going another route....

Wow that plastic company is nuts we r going to get ours done for next to nothing. We had to paint the first one because the way we created it. We should have done it another way which would have been a tiny bit easier but oh what the hell. yeah when the machine kicks them out they won't have to be painted the plastic coloring will be perfect
