Trim/door panel remover

Anybody know where to get a relatively inexpensive door/trim panel remover? I know Snap-on has one, but is $22 + s&h. I don't think they have them at Autozone. Any alternatives?

I got mine at checkers for like 4-5 bucks. Just a cheap one but it worked fine for me.
