TL 2002 - Radio/Audio System Block Diagram

Does anyone have a block diagram/wiring schematic of our radio and audio system? Just found out that we had an actual amp behind the trunk liner. I am curious now as to how it is wired so that i can select a replacement system.

Thanks for the help.

Retiree,

The amp you are refering to is actually on the pax side behind the rear seat and that ONLY drives the rear sub. I'm pretty sure it gives 100 watts output.

Schematic? maybe this would help:

What exactly are you planning to do? If you are going to add an outboard amp or just replace the speakers here are some worthwile recent posts:

Thanks for the help. I was just curious at this point. Maybe just adding a DVD player while retaning the existing Acura equipment somehow.

retiree if you are just trying to get the audio to play thru the stock speakers the easiest way would probably be to use a fm modulator but of corse you will sacrafice sound quality...
