Well guys, I finally have the speakers installed and working. I still have to finish the kicks, finish the sub box, and carpet the amp rack.

The speakers, Illusion Audio, sound really nice even though they are installed in a very rough manner right now (kick panel with no back).

I had a heck of a time getting speaker wire through the rubber boot in the door. Had to take out the passenger's side airbag to run the wire.

Anyway, I now have a problem in that the stock alarm system isn't working. I am pretty sure I plugged in all of the clips but I am not positive. The issues I am having are that the clock doesn't work, the key fob doesn't work, the driver's side door only controls the driver window and not the other windows (switch on and off), and the annoying buzzer doesn't go off when the key is in the ignition and the door is open.

I removed both doors, removed the dash to get to the passnger's airbag and the deck. I wired the RCAs to my amps by cutting the Red and White wires going to the EQ from the deck ( those 2 wires going to the EQ are no longer connected). That is about all I can think of doing and I am pretty sure I connected everything back.

I left my Helm manual over at my parents (2.5 hours away) so I can't really troubleshoot right now. Does anyone have any ideas that it might be? Thanks.
