i dont think so. As far as i know, the CL-s do not have a stock subwoofer, where as the TL's have an 8" free air sub in the rear dash. im sure there are quite a few other differences that i dont know of.

hmmm yeah there has to be some slight differences, because the CL headunits will not work in the TL.
