stock speakers work with alpine head unit

i was replacing my whole systems, but i wanted to leave those back speakers in the back stock, will they work with an aftermarket head unit??

From what I remember, they'll work but should like shit compared to everything else that you upgraded.

I would replace them if I was in your shoes.

I don't think it would be wise considering the stock speakers are 1 ohm.

if u change out the doors and leave the back ones stock then u will need an adapter

alpine units work great with the stock system. feels like speakers were change. a lot of clarity as well

doesn't that hold true for any aftermarket headunit providing more power than the stock one? imo if ur gonna change the h/u, change ur speakers, it makes more sense
