I believe you have to input your car's radio code after reconnecting your battery. It's a specific number for your car, so if you can't find your number, try the dealership or whoever you bought it from.

My number was on a little white card (credit card size), and I think it was 5 digits.

if your entering the radio code and it says error try disconnecting the antenna wire from the radio then entering the code and reconnecting antenna wire. it happened to my car when i first bought it and i found those instructions on this forum.

IIRC, step-by-step instructions should be your car's manual.

if you pull up the d.side woodgrain you can "easily" access the antenna. if you pull up the p.side woodgrain you can "easily" access the radios serial number so they can get you a code if needed.
