I bought an XTant A4004t a few months ago from SoundDomain. At the time they had that and this 403A listed at close out price around $300. I scoured for prices and found the competitors near $900 retail! So I bought the 4004. When it arrived I nearly squealed with delight, the quality is obvious just looking at it. Its a beautiful piece of equipment. The delivery was quick and I will buy from SoundDomain again.

No, its not in my car yet, I have been very busy. However, I have read enough reviews to know that I will not be disappointed.

So I was goofing off today and went to see what specials were going on and, holy crap! $159.95 for the 403a?

I have a VW Vanagon that has some off brand amp powering an Alpine Type S 8" sub in a stupid big band pass box. The polk speakers are run off the head unit. Can you see my dilema? Not enough bass and here is THE AMP. My wife will not be happy if I spend more money on car stereo. Seriously, this is killing me! I can hardly stand not to buy the 403 with the intention of installing it in "the bus", powering an Adire SHiva firing straight at my captains chair. mmmm. I'd better think some more about that...

You can get the Xtant 403A on Ebay brand new for that price. It's been like that for a while. Great amp though. A steal at $150

Buying from ebay is a little scarey for me since I have been ripped off... SoundDomain.com is a very reputable dealer, I've ordered from them, and I am very happy so far.
