Serious Noise Problems - 03 TL-S

Well to start i have replaced my entire system in my 2003 TL-S. After hooking everything back up i have real loud noise in all speakers. Its the worst i have ever heard. i even tried ground loop isolators and that still dosent help. when you put a cd in you can hear the pattern of blips when it reads the cd

Heres what is installed

Pioneer DEH-P9800BT Head unit
Infinity Kappa Components ( Front and rear)
Infinity Reference 7541a amp for the components
American bass VFL 100.1 (For Subs)
2 JL AUDIO 12V6V2'S

0 gauge ran on the drivers side to the trunk
amps and dist block all bolted to the box.

I have found out that when the rca's are disconnected completely there is no noise. i made sure to keep the hu powered on and remote connection intact to turn on the amps. i did this thinking i could isolate the noise to the front or the trunk.

i hear that pioneer is known for having noise but this is so bad it makes no sense.

another observation is that even when i connect 1 set of rca's and just hold the rca close to where the stereo goes i get noise.

last but not least i also tried running the ground from the head unit back near the trunk and that didnt help.

would it be safe to assume that the noise isnt coming from the trunk? there is no noise when the head unit is on and the amps are powered up. the only time i get noise is when the rca's are connected and running to the front of the car.

i have tried 2 types of rca - tsunami and knukonceptz -

sorry this is so long but i am desperate i am trying to avoid replacing the HU but that seems to be my problem.

Did you make sure that you bypassed the factory amp?

i left the factory amp alone. i removed all of the factory speakers and i just assumed it wouldnt play a part. now that i think about it - if there is power to the car then there is probably power going to the amp as well.

i get the feeling that its all coming from the ground. with the rca in my hand in the back seat there is no noise but as soon as i move it to the front and hook it into the head unit there is a ton of noise.

also when im holding the rca in the back and i touch it to the ground i get a lot of the same noise.

those RCA's you mentioned... are they twisted pair? are you running the RCAs on the same side with the power wire?

and double check the head unit and amp grounds
