After installing my new stereo system the security light on the drivers door no longer blinks. The alarm system still arms and works, the light on the drivers door just doesn't come on. I was wondering if this had to do with the stock head unit being removed. Any suggestions on what might be going on would be appreciated.

 

i am pretty sure whoever took out the door panel forgot to plug the security light harness back in went they put it back, double check you door handle screw cap to make sure there is no scratch marks and the triangle cap that cover the nut for the mirror is scratch free too, installers now days are lazy and don't take pride in their work
