Well..not sure since I think you're a CL...but on the 3G TL...right in the middle of the firewall about a half foot down there's a huge rubber grommet where the factory wiring is running thru. Just push a hanger thru there and it comes out on the driver side footwell...then tape your power wire to the hanger and pull it back thru. Put some silicone caulk around the opening to ensure no water gets in and you're done.

Yep, I used the rubber wire grommet that houses the stock wiring, about a foot down on the firewall right around the footwell, comes out right by the pedals

Yeah very easy compared to the newer civics, its about a foot up from the clutch pedal.

Yep very simple on these cars. I just re ran mine and even with my 1/0 it still was pretty easy. Now when i run a few more strands of 1/0 then it will get difficult

When you get to that sized wire wouldn't it almost be easier to put it in wire loom and run it under the car to a hole you drill and seal up in the trunk somewhere?

When you get into several runs of 1/0, yes it is. I'm going to try to use the rocker panels for my 4 runs of 1/0. I guess we'll see how that one goes...

Hmmm...so I'm not crazy. It is a good idea then!

Good luck man...that is some serious wiring!

Not really... This is serious wiring:

4 runs of wire down each side of the car. Although I wish I had a pic of Team Michael Hughes' CRX from this past years dbdrag world finals. 20 runs of + and 20 runs of - wire from the front to the back. It worked too, as in their testing they clamped the most power I've ever heard of in a Street A car, something like 5200w or something. Which is extremely impressive considering it's coming from 1 group 27 battery...

Wow...yes...that is serious. And looks a lot easier than trying to drill and run thru the car too!

Yep. The only problem then becomes making sure the wire is unaffected by the elements. I'm going to have to watch my wire while I'm running it to get it to the passenger's side of the car. Once I get to the rocker panel, it should be pretty smooth sailing to the trunk, then just 1 hole in the trunk and I should be good.

That's why I thought maybe some wire loom on each one if exposed.
