RL: 2005 (Sun Shade)

My 2005 Acura RL's sun shade in the rear windshield mysteriously started to malfunction. Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so, how did you remedy the situation?

Dont know if you know ,but you will probally have beter luck in 2nd gen RL audio&video.
