Replacing stock headunit

what do i need to replace my stock headunit with a panasonic headunit? and where can i get it? and also, does anyone have instructions on how to install a headunit in a 2nd gen. CL? i appreciate the help guys!

Metra Kits makes a install kit and a harness for our cars. part #99-7868 for kit and part #70-1721. and if you need to know how to remove factory deck go to the page below and go to DIY.

theres a sticky in the AV section of how to rip the headunit out, the directions were perfect when i did my install
