Replacing Headunit And Keeping Stock Speakers

I have replaced my stock headunit with a Pioneer AVH-P5700DVD, but I am keeping my stock bose speakers. I understand there is a stock bose amp in the trunk but I need to find out how to hook up my speakers to make it work. Currently their is no sound comming out of my speakers. ;o( Also, will hooking up the safety E-brake wire to a constant ground be able to make me watch videos while driving? Thanks!
