Rear speaker removal/replacement 2001 CLS

hi guys,
can anyone share some experience replacing the rear stock speakers on 2001-03 CLS? Looking for detailed steps on how to remove speakers from the rear panel. Never done this on CL, so if its a 1-2-3 easy thing then

install

its very easy. the rear speaker grilles come out. pull them towards the front of the car and pull them up and off. then there should be 4 either 8mm or 10mm bolts and the speaker comes out!

I was looking for this DIY all over the forums.

Audio installers tossed in some Alpines where the magnets were too big and doesn't clear the trunk bars. Not they've pushed up my deck and causes major rattles when I hit a bump.

does that work for the TL-S 2nd Gen
