TL: Radio power off and changinf fuse does not help

Radio power off and changinf fuse does not help
Hello Everybody,
I have TL-S 2002 with Navi. My radio shuts down and anti theft light does not blink. I changed the Fuse ( yellow one says 20, near the passenger side) and it still does not work, but i heard the sound like cd changer is changing cd after i plugged in the new fuse.
Any ideas?
