Radio Out

I just picked up my car from the dealership for a new under-dash fuse due to a starting issue. I also replaced the battery with a OEM battery while it sat on the lot.
I started it up last night and my radio will not power up. I have codes for it and normally I just enter them when I disconnect the battery for any reason, but this time no such luck. The Navi system is working fine, so I'm puzzled. Thoughts?

Will not power up as in no power? Or will not power up as in the code will not work?

If it just will not accept the code look in the sticky DIY/FAQ thread...

It will not power up as in no power. No message displaying code as would normally happen when power is disconnected.

Is your cigarette lighter working? Anything else you notice not working? Defrosters?

Cigarette lighter isn't working, but Navi working, wipers working, defrosters working.
Just this morning on the way into work, the gauges on the instrument panel went chaotic and then shut down. At a stop sign, the engine roared as though searching for a gear while I accelerated from a stationary position.

If the cigarette lighter is out then more than likely they blew a fuse when they were fixing whatever they were fixing or they didn't catch that fuse. Normally radio and cigarette lighter are on same fuse.

Wait! This sounds like the ignition recall.

The ignition key goes defective, cuts power, just like GM cars are known to do.

I'd start with the fuses

Hi,
I have a 01 TL with navi.
The radio is not turning on this morning. It worked last week.
Can someone please tell me which fuse to check? I looked at the fuse box under the hood (passenger side), and I didn't see anything about the radio/head unit.
Thanks.
