Yes, you can keep all your speakers but, after listening, you will probaly want to change them out. But, you will be fine with them.

You can do a search on here for the adapter. People have tried it.

couldnt have said it better.

i thought the stock speakers were great, but now they're killin me and im upgrading to the dbs. as far as the stearing controls.... there is a adapter but changing the volume is slow. stock headunits have about 20 levels, sony has like 40-50. so it would take twice the amount of time to get from level to level. i hope that made sense..........

After reading some of the posts, I put in 4 Polk db650s this weekend (6.5"). They fit perfectly in the door cutouts and you can reuse the factory spacer/moisture cover as well (just twist off the 'tabs').

Excellent upgrade for not a lot of $$!! Next week the stock bass speaker goes and after that the stock head unit!

You can find them for $99 per pair almost anywhere. My local Fry's Electronics was running a 'buy a pair get a pair 50% off' so i ended up paying $150 for all 4!

Not sure of the sub - i'm debating on using a shallow 8-10" mounted in the factory space (see other threads) or getting an enclosure of some sort and using a Fosgate amp to drive it: I'll let you know.
