Custom stereo shop is pretty much it. They don't mass-produce custom kits like that. Or you could make it yourself if thats your bag.

It looks like the kit used there *might* be a standard metra kit with the bottom half customized to say "Acura". Or it could be completely custom.

[edit] - Not sure if you know this, but there are a couple standard kits used to fit a single DIN HU in the factory location (the metra is one of them). They are basically just plastic panels the same shape of the factory HU with a single DIN hole cut in the middle.
