Problem with USASPEC PA11-HON2y installation
Hey gang,
Having a problem with the installation of my USA SPEC PA11-HON2Y installation on my 2005 TSX with navigation and factory XM radio. The hook up is very easy but the problem is that once I get everything hooking up I get no display on the navigation screen or any touch screen. I took everything apart and plugged it back up in the stock configuration and everything works fine. I checked all the cables with the kit and everything seems to be in working order.
Once again, no problem with doing the install but once I get everything hooked up I get no display (after the general information screen) on the navigation screen and the touch screen does not work. USA SPEC is currently closed so I can't get any tech support so I will come to the place that knows all. I don't want to put the car back together before I get some sort of answer. Thanks for any help!
Note: When I did the install, I did NOT disconnect the negative battery cable.

Update on the install
It seems to be an issue with the pins on the connector that was supplied within the kit. Used a jewelers screwdriver to get them all aligned and I got it to work but then it stopped again. UGH! The pins within the head unit seem to be just fine. Any suggestions are welcome

A random case of a faulty unit? The install is so straightforward its impossible to screw up. If you've already check the pins, and you're sure everything is seated right, I'd contact the manufacturer about a replacement for your unit.
