Problem With Stock Head Unit On 02 CL-P

I have a problem with my stock head unit on my 02 cl-p it's only when I try playing a cd. It says error and the little flap where the cd enters stays open. I can't remove or insert a cd and it will only play the radio. It also worked out of no where and it would play the cd that was already inside but as soon as I tried to remove the discs inside there the problem came back and it says error again. Is there a easy fix like maybe reset the head unit or something? If anything ill have to get a new one. Let me know thanks

Unfortunately it's a known issue in our cars.. I found that if I only put 3-4 in at one time it works better.. There's no easy fix at all. It gets jammed frequently. You might be able to find a replacement but I don't know that Acura ever addressed the issue. There use to be a company that fixes them but I believe they're out of business..
