Is this possible????????/

I have an iPod mini and am trying to figure out how to connect it to my car. I don't want to use the frequency thing. I went to the local Sound Advice and they thought that they can take the stock radio out and use a cable that i dont know the name of, but one end has the ear phone plug and the other end has a right and left plugs(red and white). Is their available jacks on the back of the head unit? Then they would put the end that plugs into the earphone jack of the iPod in the cabin. Is this possible, and would it sound good being that their are 8 speakers not 2?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated because i plan on getting it done tommorow.

Hey, dude, after you get your "?" key unstuck, that search feature will work a LOT better... : )

43 posts and 6 months of membership, and you never visited us over here in A/V? I feel no love!

I think there's a thread in FAQ's too...

No.

Good. Cheap. Easy. Pick any two.

Just use the FM Modulator. If there were easier, cheaper ways, we'd be using them.

Yep, FM Modulation can suck. WIRELESS FM Modulation does suck.

The alternative is hard-wiring.

And as I said before, if all it took was a flipping $3 adaptor from Radio Shack, these people woulnd't have gone to all this trouble, d'ya think?
