PIE vs Soundgate snhond3

Anyone have a preference between the two? They apparently do the same thing, and all i need it for is to get the AUX-in's for my mp3 player. Same price...Is there a quality dif? thanks in advance...

As far as I know the PIE won't work with the TSX or a 2003+ Accord.
