which one is the remote wire?

I installed an avic-d1 and an amp yesterday...

I didn't run a remote wire. I thought i could use the "Radio Switch" wire that was connected to the bose amp as the remote wire, but apparently i was wrong. That wire only turns my amps on when i'm listening to the radio...

Is there another wire connected to the bose harness that i can use as the remote wire, or do i need to run another wire from the headunit? If i need to run another wire from the headunit, is the remote wire the same as the ACC wire? Thanks.

Sorry for all the questions, i'm a newb when it comes to install.

It should be the Radio Switch which is Yellow with White wire.. Is this the one you used? You didn't cut the wire did you? You spilced into it correct?

You have a green light on the amp right? You defintley have power to the amp?

i cut the yellow/white wire, but thats because i was installing a 4-channel amp and a subwoofer amp. I don't think i need to reconnect anything to the bose amp. Correct me if i'm wrong.

I have power going to both of my amps, but only when i'm listening to the radio. The moment i change the source, the amps shut off.

If you're not going to run the factory amp or the factory hu anymore, then you'll need to run a remote wire from your new Pioneer D1, to your new amps. The D1 has a remote wire output. It should be a blue wire.
