No A/C or Stereo Power

so i had a power outlet plug-in to charge a phone and while i was parking i had to remove the plug-in so that i could switch gears to park because of the plug-in being so bulky.. instead of pulling the plug-in out, i accidentally ripped it out breaking the plug-in tips inside of the outlet.. oops.. well.. now.... my stereo doesn't turn on and my A/C wont blow out air.... so now my questions is what the heck happen and how can i possibly fix this WITHOUT going to a shop??? thanks in advance-
