I do boxes too...in fact I do one up from the box it looks like you're designing...is that wood?

I do all 15 layer fiberglass boxes...light as hell and strong...no nails, no places to caulk...and you can imprint your own logo in them...beats burning it in wood. You may wanna try that. I'm currently building a box for 3 JL 12w6's and hopefulyl soon 3 JL 12w7's for IASCA competition.

Yes, we do fiberglassing too.....not really practical for this application though.
