new headunit with bose speakers?

I have a 2002 tl-s, I don't wanna spend several thousand dollars upgrading my stereo system.
can i just install a new headunit alone and use factory Bose speakers?

is there a wiring kit to do that?

I did it on my 2000 and everything is fine. Worse comes to worse you will have to rewire your stock speakers. No big deal. Try it......

you can do it by simply using the 98 and up accord wiring harness... but you will loose the use of the stock sub...
