need sub box help, will this work?

look towards the bottom of the page...the subs are facing each other, it will be sealed so all the sound comes through the ski hole. is there a set amt of space between the subs that will allow this to work?
would it be better to form a wedge? please let me know...

You're using a Single Reflex Bandpass Enclosure with that. With that in mind, you will need to make sure to calculate the port volumes that you have now created using the ski hole and fill accordingly. Not properly tuned that may sound quite bad. So you will have to tune the port to the specified frequency the manufacturer gave. I would assume that port is, as it is now, "tuned" much lower than factory spec., leaving you with muddy bass. Hope this helps.
